At Ambika P3’s underground hangar, My Beautiful City dropped the room to near-black as scanning spotlights swept the space to cue arrivals. In collaboration with United Visual Artists, a bespoke light-and-projection sequence cracked the runway show open, then locked into a tunnel of static beams that seemed to run to infinity, an ultra-graphic runway spine for models to storm through. The raw industrial envelope, hard-edged light geometry and an electronic score synchronised to the lighting states sharpened the collection’s attitude both in person and on camera.
