In Plain Sight

My Beautiful City presented the preview of IN PLAIN SIGHT, held at our Soho studio The Painting Rooms during London Pride, to celebrate queer identity through contemporary art, culture and community.

Curated by Jack Guinness in partnership with Studio Iron by Issamaya Ffrench, the exhibition brought together works by leading contemporary artists like Tom of Finland, Nick Knight and Chris Levine, as well as a significant loan from private collectors Sir Elton John and David Furnish. 

Highlights included the emotive UK AIDS Memorial Quilt, as well as a powerful performance by the iconic Dahc Dermur VIII and CMAT.
