My Beautiful City produced a three-part, pre-show programme for Dior’s Cruise 2025 in Scotland, one coherent guest journey staged across landmark settings. Night one, Café Royal was reimagined as “The Lady Dior” pub, a playful takeover that threaded Dior codes through a classic Edinburgh institution. Day two moved to Scone Palace for an elegant lawn lunch, paced for conversation and capture with discreet brand cues and clear sightlines. On show day, we took over the Belmond Pullman to create the “Dior Pullman,” escorting VIP guests from Edinburgh to Drummond Castle, onboard hospitality, branded wayfinding and timed service shaping a cinematic transfer that arrived precisely on cue. Across all three chapters, flow, operations and content positions were engineered to feel effortless in person and read cleanly on camera, one Dior world, three distinct experiences
