Serpentine Gallery

The serpentine partnered with Harrods for the 2016 future contemporaries party. Guests took a break from the dance floor inside award winning artist and architect, Alessandro Brava’s bespoke designed pyramid installation, the second gallery was transformed into a speakeasy featuring a brass bar – inspired by those in the Harrods food halls- with live acoustic music. Text from a specially commissioned story by American author Alexandra Kleeman was projected throughout the gallery. The evening culminated with a lively performance by singer songwriter Jack Peñate.
